What are Facilitators?
Agile Learning Facilitators are a group of dedicated, passionate educators, social entrepreneurs, and parents who believe in working collaboratively with young people to revolutionize the education system. Our team at Wildly Inclusive creates a joyful, democratic environment that supports curiosity-driven education for learners. We believe in fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and growth, and are committed to providing meaningful learning experiences for our learners.
Our Facilitators support learners in clarifying their intentions, getting connected to the resources they need, reflecting on their decisions, engaging with the community, and sharing their learning. They work to keep the space safe, legal, and respectful. They collaborate with students to develop a powerfully positive culture. Facilitators model clear communication, collaboration, and authenticity.
